Agitator, PTFE, 10mm, Four Blade, 120mm Dia, Fits Shaft Size 10mm, 45¿ Impeller Angle. Agitators are made entirely of PTFE and glass filled PTFE and are for use with 10mm OD stirrer shaft CG-2075-B. Available in 45¿, 60¿ and 90¿ impeller angles. The 45¿ and 60¿ impellers are set up to stir downwards in a clockwise direction and upwards when rotated counter-clockwise. Agitator hub is open so that it can be positioned anywhere along the stirrer shaft and locks onto shaft with a glass filled TFE screw.

Stirrer Blade, PTFE, Banana Shape, Perforated, 10mm, for 5000mL Flasks, 45/50 minimum joint clearance. Blade is shaped to resemble the contour of a round bottom flask. Blades are perforated. Made of 1/8" PTFE to fit 10mm OD stirrer shafts. Minimum joint size listed is the size required to allow passage of the blade.

10mm Chem-Vac Stirrer Bearing, PTFE, 29/42 Joint Size. Chem-Vac PTFE stirrer bearing provides a VACUUM TIGHT FLAKE-FREE SEAL. Two versions of the bearing are available, the standard series for 2L and smaller vessel capacities and the stabilizer series that incorporates a PEEK/PTFE stabilizing bushing that is molded to the lower portion of the inner joint. The stabilizer greatly reduces stirrer shaft whip on larger vessels. The bearing consists of a PTFE standard taper body, Glass filled polypropylene screw cap, PEEK Compression spring, PEEK/PTFE sleeve and a glass filled polypropylene loosening nut. The polymer blend sleeve provides a long lasting seal for use up to 500 RPM. Loosening nut above the standard taper inner joint allows easy and quick removal. PLEASE NOTE: PTFE STIRRER SHAFTS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE WITH THIS BEARING.

10mm Tru-Stir Stirrer Shaft Coupling, 5/16" Upper Female Coupling. The design of our Tru-Stir stirrer shaft coupling eliminates the need to use rubber hose or universal adapters to attach your stirrer shafts to overhead stir motors. Coupling incorporates a unique helical S.S. spring permitting up to 1/4¿ of offset misalignment and 45¿ of angular misalignment. Coupling is rated for 24 in-lbs of torque without the backlash normally associated with common coil springs. Lower portion of coupling has a nylon adapter with a one piece collar for attachment to 10mm (OD) stirrer shafts. Female Upper Coupling is 5/16". Overall length of the coupling is 4¿. Supplied complete with an allen wrench set.

Stirrer Bearing, PTFE, Complete, fits 10mm Shaft, 24/40 Inner Joint. Grease-Free PTFE stirrer bearing designed for use in moderate vacuum applications. Bearing consists of a threaded glass adapter having the listed inner joint, a saddle o-ring, a body bushing with a compression and locking nut, and a precision PTFE inner bearing. The saddle o-ring provides only glass and PTFE contact with the reaction, while allowing for the vacuum tight seal. Design of the bearing permits replacement of the saddle o-ring at a fraction of the cost of the entire bearing. PLEASE NOTE: FOR USE ONLY WITH CG-2078 OR CG-2079 PRECISION GROUND AND POLISHED STIRRER SHAFTS.

Grease-Free PTFE stirrer bearing for use under moderate vacuum. The bearing consists of a PTFE standard taper body, PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) compression cap, PTFE Insert/bushing and a Nylon loosening nut. The PTFE insert/bushing provides only glass and PTFE contact with the reaction. Loosening nut above the standard taper inner joint allows easy and quick removal. Supplied complete with a Perfluoro o-ring on the body and a Viton o-ring on the bushing.

PLEASE NOTE: CG-2097-75 IS MADE FROM HEAVY WALL TUBING AND HAS INDENTS FOR AGITATOR POSITIONING.
